using overwatch in a new mod

Hey guys, I was wondering who I need to ask in order to use the files in overwatch mainly the weapons and vehicles, I'm creating a new mod overoripoch or OOP for short (overwatch, origins and epoch) do I need to ask each individual mod owner? Or is permission from the overwatch team enough?

Just want to make sure I do it right
