Received incorrect database information from HFBSERVERS

After purchasing dayz server hosting from HFBServers They emailed me the database information.

As shown above you can see that they never included the full username.

I looked through the Hive.ini and it contains the same incorrect information.

Is there another way to find my corrected database username.

NOTE:I submitted a ticket 4 days ago and haven't received a reply..
