Repair/Salvage Vehicle Doesn't Work | Epoch | Vilayer

Hello and just like the title says... No option comes up to repair or refuel on any of the vehicles... I have the RF3 tow/lift if that has anything to do with it?? Also using vilayer, I've added a picture... please help. Thanks..
