[Error] Loading bar spas' out

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could give me a diagnostics of why this is happening.

When you load in, the final loading screen, the one with the loading bar at the bottom usually fallowed by numbers, is loading then resets and the number stays at zero and occasionally jumps to one then back to zero.

i can upload my server and mission pbo if need be.
